A term of imprisonment of between 7 and 14 years shall be imposed on any person who obtains, possesses, manufactures, solicits, imports, transports, or trades in explosives, or attempts to do so, prior to obtaining a permit for that purpose from the licensing authority.
ويعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سبع سنوات ولا تزيد على أربع عشرة سنة كل من أحرز متفجرات أو حازها أو صنعها أو جلبها أو استوردها أو نقلها أو اتجر فيها أو شرع في شيء مما تقدم قبل الحصول على ترخيص بذلك من سلطة الترخيص.

Article 426 of the same Code further stipulates that " anyone who deals or trades in slaves or in any way disposes of a person held in a state of slavery or a state resembling slavery shall be punished by a term of up to 10 years' imprisonment.

`1` كل من حاز أو أحرز أو اشترى أو باع أو سلم أو تسلم مواد مخدرة أو نبات من النباتات البينة في الجدول رقم 4 أو تنازل عليها أو توسط فيها أو قدمها للتعاطي وكان كذلك بقصد الاتجار أو اتجر فيها في غير الأحوال المرخص بها في هذا القانون؛

(b) Anyone who, without a licence, trades in, imports, exports or repairs any of the arms listed in schedule 2 of this Law shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than one year and not more than three years and/or a fine not exceeding RO 1,000.
)ب( يعاقب بالسجن مدة لا تقل عن سنة ولا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تزيد على ألف ريال عماني أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من اتجر أو استورد أو صدر أو أصلح بغير ترخيص سلاحا من اﻷسلحة المبينة بالقائمة رقم )٢( من هذا القانون؛

(c) Anyone who, without a licence, trades in, imports, or repairs any of the arms listed in schedule 3 annexed to this Law shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than one year and not more than three years and/or a fine of not less than RO 300 and not more than RO 1,000.
)ج( يعاقب بالسجن مدة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات ولا تزيد على خمس سنوات وبغرامة لا تقل عن ثلاثمائة ريال ولا تزيد على ألف ريال أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من اتجر أو استورد أو أصلح بغير ترخيص سلاحا من اﻷسلحة المبينة بالقائمة رقم )٣( المرفقة بهذا القانون؛

(d) Anyone who, without a licence, trades in, imports, exports or repairs any of the arms listed in paragraph (a) of article 3 of this Law, or any of their main parts or ammunition, shall be sentenced to a term of imprisonment of not less than five years and not more than 15 years and/or a fine of not less than RO 500 and not more than RO 5,000.
)د( يعاقب بالسجن مدة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات ولا تزيد على خمس عشرة سنة وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسمائة ريال عماني ولا تزيد على خمسة آلاف ريال عماني كل من اتجر أو استورد أو صدر أو أصلح أيا من اﻷسلحة المبينة في البند )أ( من المادة الثالثة من هذا القانون أو أحد أجزائها الرئيسية أو ذخيرتها.

This is clearly reflected in the statistics provided by Emirati authorities, which suggest that the majority of persons identified by law enforcement officers were women and girls trafficked for sexual exploitation.
وهذا واضح من خلال الإحصاءات التي قدمتها السلطات الإماراتية والتي تفيد بأن أغلبية الأشخاص الذين حدد موظفو إنفاذ القانون هويتهم هم من النساء والفتيات اللواتي اتُّجر بهن لأغراض الاستغلال الجنسي.

The first aid kit is not intended as a substitute for in-depth, specialized response to human trafficking, but is offered as a tool to help persons who may come into contact with trafficked persons, to take the vital first steps necessary to protect victims and catch the criminals involved.
ولا يقصد من دليل الإسعافات الأوَّلية أن يكون بديلاً لاستجابة متعمقة ومتخصصة في التصدي للاتجار بالبشر، بل يُقدَّم كأداة لمساعدة الأشخاص الذين قد يصادفون أشخاصاً اتُّجر بهم، بغية المبادرة إلى القيام بالخطوات الأولى الحاسمة اللازمة لحماية الضحايا والإمساك بالمجرمين المعنيين.

49. Amongst other measures, the Act provides that a country can be declared as a country from which persons are being trafficked to Mauritius or a country of destination to which persons present in Mauritius are being trafficked.
49- وينص القانون على تدابير، منها إمكانية الإعلان عن بلد أنه البلد الذي اتُّجر بالشخص منه إلى موريشيوس أو بلد المقصد الذي يُتَّجر بالشخص المقيم في موريشيوس إليه.

42. There will be cases where women have given birth to children after they were trafficked and the children are living in the country to which the mother was trafficked. This becomes a serious concern if the women are picked up during police or immigration raids and the children are left behind.
42- ويمكن لامرأة اتُّجِر بها إلى بلد محدد أن تُنجب أطفالاًَ في ذلك البلد. ويصبح الوضع مثيراً للقلق في حال اعتقال الأم ثم طردها إثر غارة يشنها أفراد الشرطة أو موظفو مراقبة الهجرة وبقاء الأطفال في البلد.

(a) A victim of trafficking in persons shall not be held criminally or administratively liable [punished] [inappropriately incarcerated, fined or otherwise penalized] for offences [unlawful acts] committed by them, to the extent that such involvement is a direct consequence of their situation as trafficked persons.
(أ) أيّ شخص وقع ضحية للاتّجار بالأشخاص لا يُعتبر مسؤولاً جنائياً أو إدارياً [لا يعاقب] [لا يُحتجَز أو يُغرَّم] [على نحو لا لزوم له أو يعاقب على أي نحو آخر] عن أفعال جُرمية [أفعال غير مشروعة] ارتكبها، من حيث يكون ذلك التورّط نتيجة مباشرة لحالته باعتباره شخصاً اتُّجِر به.
