Ms. Kipp (Sweden) agreed with previous speakers that additional protocols, together with comprehensive safeguards agreements, should represent the verification standard under article III of the Treaty. The Security Council needed to respond in a unified manner to non-compliance with the Treaty and to announcements of withdrawal from it by States parties.
76 - السيدة كيب (السويد): أعلنت اتفاقها مع من سبقها من المتحدثين علي ضرورة أن تمثل البروتوكولات الإضافية، مع اتفاقيات الضمانات الشاملة، معيار التحقق طبقا للمادة الثالثة من المعاهدة، وقالت إن مجلس الأمن لابد أن يرد بطريقة موحدة علي عدم الامتثال للمعاهدة وعلي ما تعلنه بعض الدول الأطراف من الانسحاب من المعاهدة.
