43. India attached the highest priority to the early conclusion of negotiations and the adoption of the comprehensive convention on international terrorism.

29. His delegation urged all States involved in the current negotiations on the draft comprehensive convention on international terrorism to show greater flexibility with a view to reaching a compromise.
29 - وأضاف أن وفده يحث جميع الدول المشتركة في المفاوضات الراهنة حول مشروع اتفاقية شاملة عن الإرهاب الدولي أن تظهر مرونة أكبر بهدف التوصل إلى حل وسط.

40. His delegation noted with satisfaction the progress achieved thus far by the Sixth Committee in the elaboration of the draft comprehensive convention on international terrorism and the draft international convention for the suppression of acts of nuclear terrorism.

There was a need for real cooperation and unity of means that went beyond partial measures and ad hoc political alignments, and hence a need for a serious revision of the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy and completion of a draft comprehensive convention on international terrorism that met the aspirations of peoples and the requirements of peace.

71 - وأعرب عن ترحيب وفده بالتقدم المحرز في المفاوضات الجارية بشأن مشروع اتفاقية شاملة عن الإرهاب الدولي معرباً أيضاً عن الشكر إزاء المشروع الجديد الذي قدمه وفد الهند ومن ثم فإن المشاكل المعلقة سوف يتم حلها.
