In order to ensure that the Secretariat was correctly discharging its obligations under the Protocol's non-compliance procedure to identify and report to the Parties possible cases of non-compliance, it invited the Committee at its thirtyfourth meeting to consider whether the Secretariat should be reporting the type of deviations mentioned above as cases of possible noncompliance.
