In presenting the report on Honduras's methyl bromide phaseout investment project to the Committee, the Fund Secretariat noted that the project was originally approved by the Committee at its thirty-seventh meeting on the basis that it would achieve a 25 per cent reduction in Honduras's methyl bromide consumption by 2005.
