The Secretariat has prepared the present note in accordance with recommendation 36/51, adopted by the Implementation Committee at its thirty-sixth meeting.
1- أعدت الأمانة المذكرة الحالية وفقا للتوصية 36/51 التي اعتمدتها لجنة التنفيذ في اجتماعها السادس والثلاثين.

The Committee may wish to discuss and provide comments on the draft outline to assist the Secretariat to finalize the draft primer for the consideration of the Committee at its thirty-sixth meeting.

Decision XVII/38 had noted that Sierra Leone was therefore in noncompliance with the Protocol and had requested it to submit to the Implementation Committee for consideration at its thirty-sixth meeting a plan of action with time-specific benchmarks to ensure a prompt return to compliance.
وقد أشار المقرر 17/38 إلى أن سيراليون في حالة عدم امتثال للبروتوكول، وطلب إليها أن تقدم إلى لجنة التنفيذ في اجتماعها السادس والثلاثين للنظر خطة عمل ذات مؤشرات مؤطرة زمنياً لضمان عودتها الناجزة إلى الامتثال.

Among the issues considered by the Committee at its thirty-sixth meeting was the treatment of data in respect of very small ( de minimis) quantities of ozone-depleting substances, relative to compliance with the Montreal Protocol.
40- وكان من بين القضايا التي نظرت فيها اللجنة في اجتماعها السادس والثلاثين معالجة البيانات المتصلة بالكميات الصغيرة جدا (الضئيلة الشأن) من المواد المستنفدة للأوزون فيما يتعلق بالامتثال لبروتوكول مونتريال.

To urge Botswana to work with relevant implementing agencies to establish its licensing and quota system, as a matter of priority, and to submit to the Secretariat a report on the status of this commitment in time for consideration by the Committee at its thirty-sixth meeting, so that the Committee could assess the Party's implementation of its commitments contained in decision XV/31.
(ج) أن تحث بوتسوانا مع الوكالات المنفذة المختصة على إقامة نظام للتراخيص والحصص كمسألة ذات أولوية، وأن تقدم إلى الأمانة تقريراً عن حالة هذا الالتزام في وقت مناسب لبحثه من جانب اللجنة في اجتماعها السادس والثلاثين بحيث يمكن للجنة أن تُقيّم تنفيذ الطرف لالتزاماته الواردة في المقرر 15/31.

Noting that Solomon Islands ratified the Montreal Protocol on 17 June 1993, the London Amendment on 17 August 1999 and the Copenhagen Amendment on 17 August 1999, is classified as a Party operating under paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Protocol and had its country programme approved by the Executive Committee at its thirty-sixth meeting in March 2002,

Recommendation 36/21 of the thirty-sixth meeting of the Implementation Committee noted with appreciation that the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya had completed implementation in 2005 of its commitments contained in decision XVII/37 to maintain its 2005 consumption of halons at a level no greater than 714.500 ODP-tonnes and its 2005 consumption of methyl bromide at a level no greater than 96.000 ODP-tonnes.
وكانت اللجنة قد أشارت مع التقدير في اجتماعها السادس والثلاثين وفي التوصية 36/21 إلى أنّ الجماهيرية العربية الليبية أكملت في عام 2005 تنفيذ التزاماتها الواردة في المقرر 17/37 بشأن الحفاظ في عام 2005 على استهلاكها للهالونات عند مستوى لا يتجاوز 714.500 طن محسوبة بدالة استنفاد الأوزون واستهلاكها لبروميد الميثيل عند مستوى لا يتجاوز 96.000 طن محسوبة بدالة استنفاد الأوزون.
