1. 1- يجوز للجنة الإشراف {على التنفيذ المشترك} أن تعلق عضوية عضو معين، وعضوية عضو مناوب، وأن توصي مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف بإنهاء عضويته، لأسباب منها الإخلال بالأحكام المتعلقة بتضارب المصالح أو أحكام السرية أو عدم حضور اجتماعين متتاليين للجنة الإشراف {على التنفيذ المشترك} بدون مبرر مناسب.

8. If a member is unable to participate in two consecutive meetings of the TEC and unable to perform the functions and tasks set out by the TEC, the chair will bring this matter to the attention of the TEC and will seek clarification from the regional group that nominated that member on the status of his or her membership.
8- وإذا تعذر على عضو من الأعضاء المشاركة في اجتماعين متتاليين من اجتماعات اللجنة وكان غير قادر على أداء الوظائف والمهام التي تحددها اللجنة، يعرض الرئيس هذا الأمر على اللجنة ويلتمس إيضاحات من الفريق الإقليمي الذي عيَّن ذلك العضو بشأن وضع عضويته.

The governing body may suspend and recommend to the CMP the termination of the membership of a member on grounds including, inter alia, a breach of conflict of interest provisions, a breach of confidentiality provisions and a failure to attend two consecutive meetings of the governing body without proper justification.
19- ويجوز للهيئة الإدارية أن تعلق عضوية أحد الأعضاء وتوصي مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف بإنهاء عضويتة لأسباب تشمل الإخلال بالأحكام المتعلقة بتضارب المصالح والإخلال بأحكام السرية وعدم حضور اجتماعين متتاليين من اجتماعات الهيئة الإدارية بدون مبرر مقبول.

7. If a member is unable to participate in two consecutive meetings of the Committee and is unable to perform the functions and tasks set out by the Committee, the Chair of the Committee will bring this matter to the attention of the Committee and will seek clarification from the regional group or constituency that nominated the member on the status of his or her membership.
7- وإذا تعذر على عضو من الأعضاء المشاركة في اجتماعين متتاليين من اجتماعات اللجنة وكان غير قادر على أداء مهامه والمهام التي تحددها اللجنة، سيعرض رئيس اللجنة هذا الأمر على اللجنة ويلتمس إيضاحات من المجموعة الإقليمية أو الفئة المعنية التي رشحت ذلك العضو بشأن وضع عضويته.

8. If a member is unable to participate in two consecutive meetings of the TEC and unable to perform the functions and tasks set out by the TEC, the Chair will bring this matter to the attention of the TEC and will seek clarification from the regional group that nominated that member on the status of his or her membership.
8- وإذا تعذر على عضو من الأعضاء المشاركة في اجتماعين متتاليين من اجتماعات اللجنة وكان غير قادر على أداء الوظائف والمهام التي تحددها اللجنة، يعرض الرئيس هذا الأمر على اللجنة ويلتمس إيضاحات من الفريق الإقليمي الذي عيَّن ذلك العضو بشأن وضع عضويته.

11. The appeals body may suspend a member in the event of incapacity or misconduct, including breach of the provisions related to conflict of interest as set out in chapter III below, breach of provisions related to confidentiality of information as set out in chapter IV below or a failure to attend two consecutive meetings without proper justification, pending consideration of the matter by the CMP.
