In order to achieve this degree of coordination, the States Parties established a Coordinating Committee, which meets on an ad hoc basis under the chairmanship of the President of the Meeting of the States Parties or Review Conference.

4. " The Meeting of the States Parties or the Review Conference shall, taking into consideration the factors contained in paragraph 4, assess the request and decide by a majority of votes of States Parties present and voting whether to grant the request for an extension period. "
4- " يقيِّم اجتماع الدول الأطراف أو مؤتمر الاستعراض الطلب، مراعياً العوامل الواردة في الفقرة 4، ويتخذ قراراً بأغلبية أصوات الدول الأطراف الحاضرة والمصوتة بشأن قبول طلب فترة التمديد " .

(a) States Parties seeking Article 5 extensions are encouraged " to submit their request to the President no fewer than nine months before the Meeting of the States Parties or Review Conference at which the decision on the request would need to be taken " ;
(أ) أن تشجِّع الدول الأطراف التي تطلب تمديداً في إطار المادة 5 على " تقديم طلبها إلى الرئيس قبل ما لا يقل عن تسعة أشهر عن موعد انعقاد اجتماع الدول الأطراف أو مؤتمر الاستعراض الذي يتعين فيه البتّ في الطلب " ؛

7. The present Agreement shall be reviewed by the Meeting of States Parties or the Review Conference of the States Parties every three years.
٧ - ويستعرض اجتماع الدول الأطراف أو المؤتمر الاستعراضي للدول الأطراف هذا الاتفاق كل ثلاث سنوات.

They shall govern all the financial management activities of the Tribunal except as may otherwise explicitly be provided by the Meeting of States Parties or unless specifically exempted therefrom by the Registrar.
وهي تنظم جميع شــؤون الإدارة المالية للمحكمة، عدا ما يصـدره صراحة اجتماع الدول الأطراف أو الاستثناءات المحددة منها من جانب المسجل.

" Meeting of States Parties " or " Meeting " means a meeting of States parties convened in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Convention.
يقصد بمصطلح " اجتماع الدول الأطراف " أو " الاجتماع " اجتماع للدول الأطراف يُدعى إلى الانعقاد وفقا للأحكام ذات الصلة في الاتفاقية.

5 - يُقيّم اجتماع الدول الأطراف أو مؤتمر الاستعراض الطلب، مراعيا العوامل المشار إليها في الفقرة 4 من هذه المادة، ويتخذ قرارا بأغلبية أصوات الدول الأطراف الحاضرة والمصوتة بشأن قبول طلب التمديد.

12. In accordance with Article 5, paragraph 5, the MSP or Review Conference shall assess extension requests.
12- وفقاً للفقرة 5 من المادة 5 يقوم اجتماع الدول الأطراف أو مؤتمر الاستعراض بتقييم طلبات التمديد.
