At the Geneva meeting on the confidence-building measures, the parties and the two neighbouring countries acknowledged the positive outcome of the seminar and agreed that another cultural seminar should be held in Portugal, in agreement with its Government.

D. Geneva meeting on confidence-building measures

Just as we did on the occasion of the outcome of the Geneva meeting of the review process of the Human Rights Council, we wish to reiterate our call to uphold the results of that body's work, and we request States to adopt these resolutions by consensus.
