Wishing to avoid a repetition of such a situation in the future, Japan was submitting a draft decision, which in its appendix contained a new qualification to the understanding of the terms of reference of the Executive Committee.
وقال إنه حرصاً منه على تفادي تكرار وضع كهذا في المستقبل، فإن اليابان تقدم مشروع مقرر يحتوي في تذييله على اشتراط جديد لفهم اختصاصات اللجنة التنفيذية.

With regard to the issue of amending paragraph 10 (k) of the terms of reference of the Executive Committee of the Multilateral Fund, the representative of Japan proposed that the Meeting of the Parties should consider adopting a decision along the following lines:
