15. On the basis of the above considerations, the Committee considers that the petitioner of the communication has not substantiated his claim that he would be subjected to torture upon return to the Islamic Republic of Iran.
15- وترى اللجنة، بالاستناد إلى الاعتبارات المبينة أعلاه، أن مقدم البلاغ لم يثبت بالأدلة صحة ادعائه بأنه سيتعرض للتعذيب لدى عودته إلى جمهورية إيران الإسلامية.

7.5 The Committee concludes that the author has not furnished sufficient evidence to substantiate his claim that he would run a personal, real and foreseeable risk of being tortured if he were sent back to his country of origin.
7-5 وتخلص اللجنة إلى أن مقدم البلاغ لم يقدم أدلة كافية لإثبات ادعائه بأنه سيتعرض شخصيا لخطر حقيقي ومنظور بالتعذيب إذا ما أعيد إلى بلده الأصلي.

10.6 The Committee is aware of the serious human rights situation in Sudan but, on the basis of the above, considers that the author has not substantiated his claim that he will be personally at risk of being subjected to torture if he is returned to Sudan.

The author had access to various judicial and administrative instances in Canada, which fully heard and considered his claim of a real risk of irreparable harm upon removal to Pakistan, and he failed to establish that there were any defects in the procedure which should lead us to reject its outcome.
6- فقد أتيح لصاحب البلاغ فرصة اللجوء إلى هيئات قضائية وإدارية شتى في كندا، استمعت إليه بشكل كامل ونظرت في ادعائه بأنه يواجه خطراً حقيقياً يتمثل في التعرض لضرر لا يمكن جبره في حال عودته إلى باكستان، ولم يثبت وجود أي عيوب في الإجراءات تدفعنا إلى رفض النتيجة التي خلصت إليها تلك الهيئات.

8.3 The Committee notes that the State party has not provided any response to the author's allegations regarding his enforced disappearance, nor has it substantively refuted his allegation that, on four consecutive nights, he was subjected to acts of torture and ill-treatment at the military barracks.
