وقيل على وجه التحديد أن خط الطيران الذي يقوم بتشغيله الجانب القبرصــي التركي ينبغي أن يكون قادرا على الطيران من مطار ارسان )تيمبو( الى جهات مقصودة في أوروبا الغربية وأنه ينبغي رفع القيود عن ميناء فاماغوستا.
