The Commission also reiterated that the decision it took to maintain, until the next biennial review, the amount of the global flat-rate allowance in local currency, once converted using the official United Nations exchange rate as of the date of implementation, was an efficient mechanism to limit the impact of the exchange rate fluctuation on the level of the allowances.
وأعادت اللجنة التأكيد على أن القرار الذي اتخذته بالإبقاء، حتى استعراض فترة السنتين التالي، على المبلغ الإجمالي الموحد للبدلات بالعملة المحلية، عند تحويله باستخدام سعر الصرف الرسمي للأمم المتحدة في تاريخ بدء التنفيذ، هو آلية فعالة للحد من تأثير التقلبات في سعر الصرف على مستوى البدلات.

(iii) For currency areas where the flat rate for boarding would be adjusted by the movement of the consumer price indices at the time of the next biennial review, the rates should continue to be adjusted by the movement of the consumer price indices at the time of the subsequent biennial review;
' ٣` وفيما يتعلق بمناطق العملات التي ستتم تسوية المبلغ الموحد المخصص لﻹقامة الداخلية فيها استنادا إلى اﻷرقام القياسية ﻷسعار الاستهلاك عند إجراء استعراض فترة السنتين المقبل، ينبغي الاستمرار في تسوية المبلغ الموحد استنادا إلى تغير اﻷرقام القياسية ﻷسعار الاستهلاك عند إجراء استعراضات فترات السنتين التالية؛

(c) The United States dollar amount of the allowance, as established in subparagraphs (a) and (b) above, be converted to local currency using the official United Nations exchange rate as of the date of implementation and remain unchanged until the next biennial review;
(ج) تحويل مبلغ البدلات بدولارات الولايات المتحدة، كما هو محدد في الفقرتين الفرعيتين (أ) و (ب) أعلاه، إلى العملة المحلية باستخدام سعر الصرف الرسمي للأمم المتحدة عند تاريخ بدء التنفيذ وأن يظل دون تغيير حتى استعراض فترة السنتين التالي؛
