4. The Special Rapporteur would also appreciate being informed of any independent investigations that may have been carried out in regard to these allegations, whether any military or security personnel have been tried and sentenced, dismissed from duty or otherwise disciplined for their part in any established violation.

The Special Rapporteur would appreciate receiving a description of any investigations into these allegations undertaken by the Government, and information as to whether any military personnel have been tried and sentenced, dismissed from duty or otherwise sanctioned for their part in any verified violations.
