" 11. Calls upon States to ensure that the rights of persons with disabilities, bearing in mind the Convention on the Rights of Persons With Disabilities, are fully integrated into torture prevention and protection, and welcomes the efforts of the Special Rapporteur in this regard;
" 11 - تهيب بالدول أن تكفل إدماج حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، واضعة في اعتبارها اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، بشكل تام في تدابير منع التعذيب والحماية منه، وترحّب بجهود المقرر الخاص في هذا الصدد؛

وإذ تأخذ في اعتبارها اتفاقية عدم تقادم جرائم الحرب والجرائم المرتبكة ضد اﻹنسانية، المؤرخة ٢٦ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٦٨)٤(،

وإذ تضع في اعتبارها اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة)٨(، وبخاصة التزام الدول بمعاملة الرجل والمرأة على قدم المساواة في جميع مراحل اﻹجراءات القضائية في المحاكم وأمام منابر القضاء،

Bearing in mind the Convention on the Rights of the Child, emphasizing that the provisions of this Convention and other relevant human rights instruments must constitute the standard in the promotion and protection of the rights of the child, and reaffirming that the best interest of the child shall be the primary consideration in all actions concerning children,

" 8 - تهيب بالدول أن تضع، آخذة في اعتبارها اتفاقية التنوع البيولوجي، برامج وطنية وإقليمية ودولية لوقف الخسائر في التنوع البيولوجي البحري فــي البحـــر الكاريبــي، ولا سيما النظم الإيكولوجية الهشة مثل الشعب المرجانية؛
