)ب( تكفل اﻹفراج بسرعة عن موظفي اﻷمم المتحدة وغيرهم من اﻷفراد المرتبطين بها الذين يضطلعون بأنشطة من شأنها الوفاء بولاية إحدى عمليات اﻷمم المتحدة والذين تم اعتقالهم أو احتجازهم بما يتنافى مع حصاناتهم، وفقا للاتفاقيات ذات الصلة المشار إليها في هذا القرار وللقانون اﻹنساني الدولي المنطبق؛

(b) To ensure the speedy release of United Nations and other personnel carrying out activities in fulfilment of the mandate of a United Nations operation who have been arrested or detained in violation of their immunity, in accordance with the relevant above-mentioned conventions and applicable international humanitarian law;
)ب( تكفل اﻹفراج بسرعة عن موظفي اﻷمم المتحدة وغيرهم من اﻷفراد المرتبطين بها الذين يضطلعون بأنشطة من شأنها الوفاء بولاية إحدى عمليات اﻷمم المتحدة والذين تم اعتقالهم أو احتجازهم بما يتنافى مع حصاناتهم، وفقا للاتفاقيات ذات الصلة المشار إليها في هذا القرار وللقانون اﻹنساني الدولي المنطبق؛

(d) All political leaders, including elected political representatives, students, workers, peasants and others arrested or detained under martial law after the 1988 and 1990 demonstrations or as a result of the National Convention, should be tried by a properly constituted and independent civilian court in an open and internationally accessible judicial process in which all defendants could have access to counsel of their choice.
)د( ينبغي محاكمة جميع القادة السياسيين، بمن فيهم الممثلون السياسيون المنتخبون، والطلاب، والعمال، والفلاحون وغيرهم ممن تم اعتقالهم أو احتجازهم بموجب اﻷحكام العرفية بعد مظاهرات عامي ٨٨٩١ و٠٩٩١ أو نتيجة للمؤتمر الوطني أمام محكمة مدنية مشكلة تشكيلا قانونيا ومستقلة، وفي إطار عملية قضائية مفتوحة وممكن الوصول إليها دوليا، ويستطيع فيها جميع المتهمين الاستعانة بمحام يختارونه بأنفسهم.
