Introduction 1. at its fifty-fifth session, the Sub-Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights, in its resolution 2003/18, welcomed the preliminary report submitted by the Special Rapporteur, Paulo Sérgio Pinheiro, on housing and property restitution in the context of the return of refugees and internally displaced persons (E/CN.4/Sub.2/2003/11) and endorsed the conclusions and recommendation contained therein.
1- رحبت اللجنة الفرعية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان، في قرارها 2003/18، الذي اعتمدته في دورتها الخامسة والخمسين بالتقرير الأولي الذي أعده المقرر الخـاص باولـو سيرجيو بنهيرو بشـأن رد المساكن والممتلكات في سياق عودة اللاجئين والمشردين داخلياً (E/CN.4/Sub.2/2003/11) وأقرت الاستنتاجات والتوصيات الواردة فيه.
