١ - على كل دولة طرف أن تتخذ ما قد يلزم من تدابير لفرض ولايتها القضائية على جميع الجرائم المبينة في المادة ١، عندما يرتكب أي منها في اقليم تلك الدولة.

١- توافق الدول اﻷطراف على أن تيسر وتقبل، دون تأخير، اعادة أي شخص جرى تهريبه خلافا ﻷحكام هذا البروتوكول، اذا كان من مواطني تلك الدولة الطرف أو كان يتمتع بحق الاقامة في اقليم تلك الدولة الطرف وقت دخوله اقليم الدولة المستقبلة.

1. Each State Party agrees to facilitate and accept, without delay, the return of a victim of trafficking in persons who is a national of that State Party or who had the right of abode in the territory of that State Party at the time of entry into the receiving State.
الى أوطانهم ١ - توافق كل دولة طرف على أن تيسر وتقبل ، دون ابطاء ، عودة ضحية الاتجار باﻷشخاص ، الذي يكون من مواطني تلك الدولة الطرف ، أو كان يتمتع ، بحق الاقامة في اقليم تلك الدولة الطرف وقت دخوله الى الدولة المستقبلة .

1. ١ - توافق كل دولة طرف على أن تيسر وتقبل ، دون تأخير ، اعادة أي شخص كان قد هُرّب بشكل مخالف لنصوص هذا البروتوكول ويكون من مواطني تلك الدولة الطرف أو كان يتمتع بحق الاقامة في اقليم تلك الدولة الطرف وقت دخوله اقليم الدولة المستقبلة .

١ - توافق كل دولة طرف على أن تيسر وتقبل ، دون ابطاء ، عودة ضحية الاتجار باﻷشخاص ، الذي يكون من مواطني تلك الدولة الطرف ، أو كان يتمتع ، بحق الاقامة في اقليم تلك الدولة الطرف وقت دخوله الى الدولة المستقبلة .

الولاية القضائية ١ - تتخذ كل دولة طرف ما قد يلزم من التدابير لاثبات سريان ولايتها القضائية على الجرائم المبينة في المادة )المواد( ــ حين ترتكب الجريمة في اقليم تلك الدولة أو على ظهر سفينة أو طائرة مسجلة في تلك الدولة .
