6.4 A net decrease under travel relates essentially to reduced requirements in relation to the travel of delegates, in respect of one visiting mission dispatched to Palau, Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands, by the Trusteeship Council in March 1992.
٦-٤ صافي النقصان تحت بند السفر يتعلق أساسا بانخفاض الاحتياجات المتصلة بسفر المندوبين، فيما يتعلق ببعثة زائرة واحدة أوفدها مجلس الوصاية في آذار/مارس ١٩٩٢ إلى بالاو، اقليم جزر المحيط الهادئ المشمول بالوصاية.

18. Also at the same meeting, on the proposal of its Expanded Bureau, the Special Committee decided to suspend consideration of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands until 1995 (see para. 32), bearing in mind that a plebiscite regarding the Compact of Free Association had been held by the Government of Palau on 9 November 1993.
١٨ - وفي الجلسة نفسها أيضا قررت اللجنة الخاصة، بناء على اقتراح من مكتبها الموسع، ارجاء النظر في اقليم جزر المحيط الهادئ المشمول بالوصاية الى عام ١٩٩٥ )انظر الفقرة ٣٢(، علما بأن حكومة بالاو كانت قد أجرت استفتاء عاما في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٣ حول ميثاق الارتباط الحر.

32. The Special Committee, by adopting the proposal of the Expanded Bureau at its 1432nd meeting, on 11 July 1994, decided to suspend consideration of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands until its 1995 session (see para. 18).
٣٢ - قررت اللجنــة الخاصــة، باعتمادها اقــتراح المكتــب الموسع في جلستها ١٤٣٢، المعقودة في ١١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٤، أن ترجئ النظر في مسألة اقليم جزر المحيط الهادئ المشمول بالوصاية الى دورتها المعقودة في عام ١٩٩٥ )انظر الفقرة ١٨(.

Pursuant to paragraph 3 of Security Council resolution 70 (1949) of 7 March 1949, the Secretary-General has the honour to transmit to the members of the Security Council the report of the United States Government on the administration of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands for the period from 1 October 1992 to 20 September 1993. 1/
عملا بالفقرة ٣ من قرار مجلس اﻷمن ٧٠ )١٩٤٩( المؤرخ ٧ آذار/مارس ١٩٤٩، يتشرف اﻷمين العام بأن يحيل الى أعضاء مجلس اﻷمن تقرير حكومة الولايات المتحدة عن ادارة اقليم جزر المحيط الهادئ المشمول بالوصاية في الفترة من ١ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٢ الى ٢٠ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٣)١(.

2. Reaffirms the importance of ensuring that the people of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands fully and freely exercise their inalienable rights and that the obligations of the Administering Authority under the Trusteeship Agreement 12/ and the Charter of the United Nations are duly discharged;
٢ - تؤكد من جديد أهمية ضمان ممارسة شعب اقليم جزر المحيط الهادئ المشمول بالوصاية لحقوقه غير القابلة للتصرف ممارسة كاملة وحرة، ووفاء السلطة القائمة بالادارة بالتزاماتها على النحو الواجب وفقا لاتفاق الوصاية)٢١( وميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة؛

18. 32. The Special Committee, by adopting the proposal of the Expanded Bureau, at its 1432nd meeting, on 11 July 1994, decided to suspend consideration of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands until its 1995 session (see para. 18).
٣٢ - قررت اللجنــة الخاصــة، باعتمادها اقــتراح المكتــب الموسع في جلستها ١٤٣٢، المعقودة في ١١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٤، أن ترجئ النظر في مسألة اقليم جزر المحيط الهادئ المشمول بالوصاية إلى دورتها المعقودة في عام ١٩٩٥ )انظر الفقرة ١٨(.
