Calls upon Member States to promote further at multilateral levels the consideration of existing and potential threats in the field of information security, as well as possible measures to limit the threats emerging in this field, consistent with the need to preserve the free flow of information;

With respect to the existing and potential threats in the sphere of information and telecommunications security and possible cooperation measures to address them, there is an existing procedure under which information obtained is transmitted, as appropriate, to the Ministry of Information, and regulated by the Superintendency of Telecommunications.
في ضوء الأخطار القائمة والمحتملة في ميدان أمن المعلومات والاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية، يتم في حدود تدابير التعاون الممكنة، إبلاغ وزير الاتصالات بالمعلومات المستقاة في حينها في هذا الشأن، وتتولى الإدارة العليا للاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية وضع التنظيم في هذا المجال.

25. Pursuant to General Assembly resolution 66/24, a group of governmental experts was established in 2011 to study existing and potential threats in the sphere of information security and possible cooperative measures to address them, including norms, rules or principles of responsible behaviour of States and confidence-building measures with regard to information space.
25 - وعملا بقرار الجمعية العامة 66/24، أُنشئ فريق خبراء حكوميين في عام 2011 لدراسة " الأخطار القائمة والمحتملة في ميدان أمن المعلومات والتدابير التعاونية الممكن اتخاذها للتصدي لها، بما في ذلك معايير أو قواعد أو مبادئ السلوك المسؤول للدول وتدابير بناء الثقة في ما يتعلق بالمجال المتاح للمعلومات " .
