1. 1030 hours on 10 December 1993, hostile United States warplanes, flying out of Saudi Arabian territory, dropped hostile and provocative leaflets on areas in Dhi Qar Governorate.
١ - في الساعة ٣٠/١٠ من يوم ١٠ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٣ قامت الطائرات الحربية اﻷمريكية المنطلقة من اﻷراضي السعودية برمي منشورات معادية واستفزازية على مناطق في محافظة ذي قار.

2. During the night of 28/29 March 2001 a Saudi Frontier Force patrol at the Kasr border post in the Rafha'sector in Saudi territory came under fire from an Iraqi patrol ensconced inside Iraqi territory.
2 - في ليلة 3-4 محرم 1422هـ، الموافق 28-29 آذار/مارس 2001م، تعرضت دورية حرس الحدود السعودية في مركز الكسر الحدودي بقطاع رفحاء الكائن في الأراضي السعودية لإطلاق نار من قِبل دورية عراقية تكمن في الأراضي العراقية.

3. During the night of 1/2 April 2001 a Saudi Frontier Force patrol at the Kasr border post in the Rafha'sector in Saudi territory came under fire from an Iraqi patrol ensconced inside Iraqi territory.

5. During the night of 6/7 April 2001 a Saudi Frontier Force patrol at the Umm al-Shu`ara'border post in Saudi territory came under fire from an Iraqi patrol ensconced inside Iraqi territory.

6. During the night of 7/8 April 2001 a Saudi Frontier Force patrol at the Sadah border post in Saudi territory came under fire from an Iraqi patrol ensconced inside Iraqi territory.

7. During the night of 8/9 April 2001 a Saudi Frontier Force patrol at the Kasr border post in Saudi territory came under fire from an Iraqi patrol ensconced inside Iraqi territory.
7 - في ليلة 14-15 محرم 1422هـ، الموافق 8-9 نيسان/أبريل 2001م، تعرضت دورية حرس الحدود السعودية في مركز الكسر الحدودي الكائن في الأراضي السعودية لإطلاق نار من قِبل دورية عراقية تكمن في الأراضي العراقية.

8. During the night of 10/11 April 2001 a Saudi Frontier Force patrol at the Umm al-Kasr border post in Saudi territory came under fire from an Iraqi patrol ensconced inside Iraqi territory.
8 - في ليلة 16-17 محرم 1422هـ، الموافق 10-11 نيسان/أبريل 2001م، تعرضت دورية حرس الحدود السعودية في مركز أم الكسر الحدودي الكائن في الأراضي السعودية لإطلاق نار من قِبل دورية عراقية تكمن في الأراضي العراقية.

1. The Saudi letter claims that on 23 May 2001 an Iraqi patrol entered Saudi territory and fired on personnel of the Saudi Frontier Force, that a number of Saudi soldiers were wounded and that an Iraqi soldier was also wounded and later died.
1 - ادعت الرسالة السعودية قيام دورية عراقية بالتوغل داخل الأراضي السعودية وإطلاق النار على أفراد من حرس الحدود السعوديين يوم 23 أيار/مايو 2001، مما أدى إلى إصابة بعض الجنود السعوديين إضافة إلى إصابة جندي عراقي ثم وفاته.

3. On the other hand, at 1855 hours on 25 March 2000 a Saudi patrol consisting of three vehicles fired 10 rounds from inside Saudi territory at an Iraqi border observation post, and Iraq informed the Secretary-General of the United Nations and the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States of this violation at the time it occurred.
3 - ومن جانب آخر، فقد قامت دورية سعودية مؤلفة من ثلاث عجلات بإطلاق عشرة عيارات نارية من داخل الأراضي السعودية باتجاه أحد المراصد الحدودية العراقية وذلك في الساعة 55/18 من يوم 25 آذار/مارس 2000 وقد قام العراق وقتها بإبلاغ الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة والأمين العام لجامعة الدول العربية بهذا الخرق.

The purpose of Iraq's letter dated 12 September 2000 (S/2000/869) was to affirm that the Saudi regime bears legal responsibility for the damage sustained by Iraq since 13 August 1990 and up to the present time as a result of Saudi Arabia's decision to halt exportation by way of the Iraqi pipeline passing through Saudi territory.

I should like to inform you that at 1855 hours on 25 March 2000 a Saudi patrol consisting of three vehicles fired 10 rounds from inside Saudi territory at the observer company's observation post 54 near the Amghar guardhouse.
أود إعلامكم أنه في الساعة 55/18 من يوم 25 آذار/مارس 2000 قامت دورية سعودية مؤلفة من (3) ثلاث عجلات بإطلاق (10) عشرة عيارات نارية من داخل الأراضي السعودية باتجاه المرصد رقم 54 التابع لسرية الرصد بالقرب من مخفر الأمغر.

At 1130 hours on 10 August 2001, United States and British warplanes coming from Saudi and Kuwaiti territory violated Iraq's airspace. They carried out 12 sorties from Saudi territory and 12 from Kuwaiti territory and were supported by an AWACS aircraft operating inside Saudi airspace and an E-2C aircraft operating inside Kuwaiti airspace.
قامت الطائرات الحربية الأمريكية البريطانية في الساعة 30/11 من يوم 10/8/2001 بخرق حرمة أجواء العراق انطلاقا من الأراضي السعودية وأرض الكويت ونفذت (12) طلعة جوية مسلحة من الأراضي السعودية و (12) طلعة جوية مسلحة من أرض الكويت تسندها طائرة (أواكس) من داخل الأجواء السعودية وطائرة (أي توسي) من داخل أجواء الكويت.

We should like to inform you that this aircraft, which is based in Saudi Arabian territory, has continued its incursions into Iraq's airspace in violation of the country's sovereignty and security. As of the end of April 1998, this aircraft had carried out 408 overflights for a total flight time of 1,791 hours and 2 minutes since its first overflight in August 1991.

At 1510 hours, it disappeared south of Artawi, heading in the direction of Saudi Arabian territory.
آر-١( بعملية استطلاعية معادية فوق مناطق ارطاوي، الناصرية، السماوة، والعمارة بسرعة )٦٠٠( كم/ساعة وبارتفاع )٢٠( كم واختفت في الساعة )١٠/١٥( جنوب ارطاوي باتجاه اﻷراضي السعودية.

We should like to inform you that this aircraft, which always takes off from Saudi Arabian territory, has continued its violations and breaches of Iraqi airspace, infringing thereby our country's sovereignty and security. As of the end of February 1996 it had made 287 overflights, for a total flight time of 1,302 hours, since it began such operations in August 1991.
ونود أيضا أن نبلغكم بأن هذه الطائرة التي تنطلق من اﻷراضي السعودية استمرت بخروقاتها وتجاوزاتها ﻷجواء العراق منتهكة سيادته وأمنه، وبلغ عدد ساعات تحليقها لغاية نهاية شهر شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٦ )٣٠٢ ١( ساعة من خلال )٢٨٧( تحليقا قامت بها هذه الطائرة منذ أول تحليق لها في آب/اغسطس ١٩٩١.
