34- لا تدخل في الحساب المتعلق بالتحريج أو إعادة التحريج أو إزالة الغابات بموجب الفقرة 3 من المادة 3 جميع الأراضي المشمولة بالأحكام المشار إليها في الفقرة 33، بل تحسب في إطار إدارة الغابات بموجب الفقرة 4 من المادة 3.
