The Committee however considers that the State party's persistent refusal to provide information and data and to respond to the Committee's written questions on children living in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (hereafter OPT), including East Jerusalem and the Occupied Syrian Golan Heights, greatly affects the adequacy of the reporting process and the State's accountability for the implementation of the Convention.
3- إلا أن اللجنة ترى أن رفض الدولة الطرف بشكل مستمر تقديم المعلومات والبيانات المطلوبة والإجابة عن الأسئلة الخطية التي وجهتها إليها اللجنة بشأن الأطفال المقيمين في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية وهضبة الجولان السورية المحتلة، يؤثر بالغ التأثير في دقة عملية تقديم التقارير وفي مساءلة الدولة عن تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

The replies given by the delegation to the written questions on the independence of the judiciary were disappointing, particularly since the problem of impunity had been addressed in the report (para. 204), which also mentioned judges' fears (paras. 205 and 206), corruption of judges (para. 207) and inequalities in legal defence (para. 208).
