26-3 (أ) زاد عدد المستفيدين من البرنامج الخاص لحالات العسر ليبلغ 965 45 فردا في لبنان، و 796 30 فردا في الجمهورية العربية السورية، و 238 47 فردا في الأردن، و 270 40 فردا في الضفة الغربية، و 379 84 فردا في قطاع غزة، أي ما يمثل 601 62 من الأسر اللاجئة التي حصلت على حصص الإعاشة والمعونة النقدية.
