ويحث جميع الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية على الوفاء بالكامل وفي الوقت المناسب بالتزاماتها بموجب الاتفاقية، وعلى دعم منظمة حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية في أنشطتها المتعلقة بالتنفيذ.
