ويكرر مشروع القرار دعوته للدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية إلى أن تخفض الخطر النووي تدريجيا، وأن تنفذ تدابير فعالة لنزع السلاح النووي بهدف الإزالة التامة لتلك الأسلحة في إطار زمني محدد.
