6. Reaffirms that counterterrorism measures should be implemented in full consideration of the human rights of all, including persons belonging to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities, and must not be discriminatory on grounds such as race, colour, sex, language, religion or social origin;
6 - تؤكد من جديد ضرورة أن تنفذ تدابير مكافحة الإرهاب في إطار المراعاة التامة لحقوق الإنسان للجميع، ومن بينهم الأشخاص المنتمون إلى أقليات قومية أو عرقية أو دينية ولغوية، وضرورة أن تنأى عن التمييز القائم على أساس العرق أو اللون أو الجنس أو اللغة أو الدين أو الأصل الاجتماعي؛

6. 6 - تؤكد من جديد أن تدابير مكافحة الإرهاب ينبغي تنفيذها في إطار المراعاة التامة لحقوق الإنسان للجميع، ومن بينهم الأشخاص المنتمون إلى أقليات قومية أو عرقية، أو دينية ولغوية، ويجب أن تنأى عن التمييز القائم على أساس العرق أو اللون أو الجنس أو اللغة أو الدين أو الأصل الاجتماعي؛

25. In accordance with the positive obligations contained in the Declaration, Governments should consider the need for special measures, policies and programmes addressing entrenched situations of discrimination and exclusion experienced by persons belonging to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities.
25- ووفقاً للالتزامات الإيجابية الواردة في الإعلان، ينبغي للحكومات أن تنظر في الحاجة إلى اتخاذ تدابير وسياسات وبرامج خاصة تعالج ما ترسَّخ من حالات التمييز والاستبعاد التي يواجهها الأشخاص المنتمون إلى أقليات قومية أو إثنية وإلى أقليات دينية ولغوية.

Noting the importance of an even more effective implementation of international human rights instruments with regard to the rights of all persons, including those belonging to national or ethnic, religious and linguistic minorities,
وإذ تلاحظ أهمية القيام على نحو أكثر فعالية أيضا بتنفيذ الصكوك الدولية المتعلقة بحقوق اﻹنسان فيما يخص حقوق جميع اﻷشخاص، بما فيهم اﻷشخاص المنتمون إلى أقليات قومية أو إثنية وإلى أقليات دينية ولغوية،
