The Federal Council has added to annex 3 to the ordinance the names of the 13 natural persons and 12 entities mentioned in annexes I and III to resolution 1803 (2008) respectively and in doing so has submitted them to the freezing of assets and economic resources provided for in article 2 of the ordinance.
