23- عملاً بالمادة 22 من النظام الداخلي الوارد في المقرر 1/م أ-1، بصيغته المعدلة بموجب المقرر 20/م أ-2، يُنتخب من بين ممثلي الأطراف الحاضرين في الدورة تسعة نواب للرئيس.
