This included, in particular, the timely posting of the reports of States parties submitted under article 18 of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, as well as of the Committee's concluding comments with regard to the consideration of those reports on the Division's web site.

In the initial stage, the Forum recommends the Secretary-General prepare a study on the ways in which indigenous issues have been addressed in the consideration of reports of States parties submitted under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

6. The right to self-determination has been addressed by the Human Rights Committee and the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in their consideration of the periodic reports of States parties, submitted under article 40 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and articles 16 and 17 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.

Compliance issues reviewed by the Implementation Committee included data reporting and compliance with data reporting under article 7 of the Montreal Protocol, establishment of licensing systems under article 4B of the Protocol, and reports of parties submitted under article 9 of the Protocol on research, development, public awareness and exchange of information.
