In accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, the Committee decided to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it consider listing hexabromocyclododecane in Annex A to the Convention with specific exemptions for production and use in expanded polystyrene and extruded polystyrene in buildings.

Decides, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it consider listing pentachlorophenol and its salts and esters in Annex A to the Convention with specific exemptions for the production and use of pentachlorophenol for utility poles and cross-arms;
2 - تقرر، وفقاً للفقرة 9 من المادة 8 من الاتفاقية، أن تُوصي مؤتمر الأطراف بأن ينظر في إدراج الفينول الخماسي الكلور وأملاحه وإستراته في المرفق ألف للاتفاقية، مع إعفاءات محددة لإنتاج واستخدام الفينول الخماسي الكلور في أعمدة الخدمات والأذرع المستعرضة؛

The Committee adopted decision POPRC-9/2, on hexachlorobutadiene, by which it adopted the risk management evaluation, as amended, and decided, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it consider listing hexachlorobutadiene in Annexes A and C to the Convention.
واعتمدت اللجنة المقرر ل.ا.م - 9/2 المعني بالبيوتادايين السداسي الكلور، الذي اعتَمَدت بموجبه تقييم إدارة المخاطر بصيغته المعدلة، وقررت، وفقاً للفقرة 9 من المادة 8 من الاتفاقية، أن توصي مؤتمر الأطراف بأن ينظر في إدراج البيوتادايين السداسي الكلور في المرفقين ألف وجيم للاتفاقية.

Recalling decision POPRC-7/1, by which it adopted the risk management evaluation for hexabromocyclododecane and decided, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it consider listing hexabromocyclododecane in Annexes A, B and/or C to the Convention,
وإذ تشير إلى المقرر ل.ا.م-7/1 الذي اعتمدت بموجبه تقييم إدارة مخاطر الدوديكان الحلقي السداسي البروم، كما قررت وفقاً للفقرة 9 من المادة 8 من الاتفاقية، أن توصي مؤتمر الأطراف بأن ينظر في إدراج الدوديكان الحلقي السداسي البروم في المرفقات ألف و/أو باء و/أو جيم بالاتفاقية،

Decides, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it consider listing alpha hexachlorocyclohexane in Annex A of the Convention, giving due consideration to the byproduction of alpha hexachlorocyclohexane from the production of lindane.

2. Decides, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it consider listing beta hexachlorocyclohexane in Annex A of the Convention, giving due consideration to the byproduction of beta hexachlorocyclohexane from the production of lindane.

At its ninth meeting, by its decision POPRC-9/2, the Committee adopted a risk management evaluation for hexachlorobutadiene and decided, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants, to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it consider listing hexachlorobutadiene in Annexes A and C to the Convention.
واعتمدت اللجنة بموجب مقررها ل.ا.م 9/2 الصادر عن اجتماعها التاسع تقييم إدارة مخاطر البيوتادايين السداسي الكلور() وقررت، وفقاً للفقرة 9 من المادة 8 من اتفاقية استكهولم بشأن الملوثات العضوية الثابتة، أن توصي مؤتمر الأطراف بأن ينظر في إدراج البيوتادايين السداسي الكلور في المرفقين ألف وجيم من الاتفاقية.

At its seventh meeting, the Committee adopted decision POPRC-7/1 on hexabromocyclododecane and decided, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it consider listing hexabromocyclododecane in Annexes A, B and/or C to the Convention.
اعتمدت اللجنة، أثناء اجتماعها السابع، المقرر ل.ا.م- 7/1 بشأن الدوديكان الحلقي السداسي البروم() وقررت، وفقاً للفقرة 9 من المادة 8 من الاتفاقية، أن توصي مؤتمر الأطراف بأن ينظر في مسألة إدراج الدوديكان الحلقي السداسي البروم في المرفقات ألف و/أو باء و/أو جيم للاتفاقية.

Decided by decision POPRC-3/4, adopted by consensus at its third meeting, held from 19 to 23 November 2007, to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it consider listing lindane in Annex A of the Stockholm Convention;
(ط) قررت بموجب مقرر لجنة استعراض الملوثات العضوية الثابتة - 3/3، المعتمد بتوافق الآراء خلال اجتماعها الثالث الذي عقد في الفترة من 19 إلى 23 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2007، أن توصي مؤتمر الأطراف بأن ينظر في إدراج الليندين في المرفق ألف من اتفاقية استكهولم؛

Following the further work of the drafting group and further discussion in plenary, the Committee adopted decision POPRC-9/1, by which it adopted the risk management evaluation and decided to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it consider listing di-, tri-, tetra-, penta-, hexa-, hepta-, and octachlorinated naphthalenes in Annexes A and C to the Convention.
27 - وبعد اضطلاع فريق الصياغة بالعمل اللازم، وإجراء المزيد من المناقشات في الجلسات العامة، اعتمدت اللجنة المقرر ل.ا.م-9/1، الذي اعتمدت بمقتضاه تقييم إدارة المخاطر وقررت أن توصي مؤتمر الأطراف بأن ينظر في إدراج النفثالينات الثنائية والثلاثية والرباعية والخماسية والسداسية والسباعية والنفثالين الثماني الكلور، في المرفقين ألف وجيم من الاتفاقية.

2. Decides, in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 8 of the Convention, to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that it consider listing perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (CAS No. 1763231), its salts and perfluorooctane sulfonyl fluoride (CAS No. 307-35-7) in Annexes A or B of the Convention and specifying the related control measures;
2 - تقرر، وفقاً للفقرة 9 من المادة 8 من الاتفاقية، أن توصي مؤتمر الأطراف بأن ينظر في إدراج مادة حامض السلفونيك المشبع بالفلورو أوكتين (CAS No. 1763 23 1)، وأملاحها وفلوريد السلفونيل المشبع بالفلورو أوكتين (CAS-No. 307-35-7) في المرفق ألف أو المرفق باء من الاتفاقية، مع تحديد تدابير الرقابة ذات الصلة؛

Decided by consensus at its fourth meeting, held from 13 to 17 October 2008, to recommend to the Conference of the Parties that the Conference consider listing pentachlorobenzene in Annexes A and C of the Stockholm Convention;
