25- وفي مؤتمر قمة كارتاخينا، اتُّفق على أن تستعرض جميع الدول الأطراف بانتظام عدد الألغام المضادة للأفراد المحتفظ بها للأغراض المأذون بها بموجب المادة 3 لضمان كونها تشكل العدد الأدنى الضروري تماماً لهذه الأغراض وتدمر جميع تلك التي تتجاوز ذلك العدد().

(a) To hold annually, until the Second Review Conference, a Meeting of the States Parties which will regularly take place in the second half of the year, in Geneva or, when possible or appropriate, in a mine-affected country.
(أ) أن يُعقد سنويا، إلى حين عقد المؤتمر الاستعراضي الثاني، اجتماع للدول الأطراف بانتظام في النصف الثاني من السنة في جنيف أو، عندما يكون ممكنا أو مناسبا، في بلد متضرر من الألغام؛

3- كما تنص خطة العمل على أن " تعد الأمانة تقريراً عن تنفيذ خطة العمل هذه، وتقوم بإطلاع الدول الأطراف بانتظام على التقدم المحرز، كيما يتسنى لها استعراض التقدم ورصد التنفيذ على نحوٍ فعال [...] " ويقدم هذا التقرير عملاً بهذا المقرر.

The SBI invited relevant United Nations organizations, specialized agencies and other relevant organizations to continue their support for the NAP process in the LDC Parties, within their mandates and as appropriate, and to provide information to Parties on a regular basis on their efforts.
140- ودعت الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ منظمات الأمم المتحدة، ووكالاتها المتخصصة، وغيرها من المنظمات المعنية إلى مواصلة دعمها لعملية وضع خطط التكيف الوطنية في البلدان الأطراف الأقل نمواً، وذلك في حدود ولاياتها وحسب الاقتضاء، وتزويد الأطراف بانتظام بالمعلومات المتعلقة بالجهود التي تبذلها.
