2 - قرر مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الأول وفي مقرره اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/22 بشأن تقديم الأطراف لتقارير وتوقيتها ونسقها، أنه طبقاً للمادة 15 من الاتفاقية يقوم كل طرف بتقديم تقريره الأول في موعد أقصاه 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006 لينظر فيه مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثالث.
