It also approved of the decision taken at the seventh meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity to mandate the Ad Hoc Open-ended Working Group on Access and Benefit-sharing to negotiate an international regime in implementation of that decision.
كما أن وفده يوافق علي القرار الذي اتخذ في الدورة السابعة لمؤتمر الأطراف في الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالتنوع البيولوجي لإعطاء الولاية للفريق العامل المخصص المفتوح العضوية المعني بالحصول علي الفوائد وإقتسامها بأن يتفاوض علي نظام دولي لتنفيذ هذا القرار.

The seventh meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity was held in Kuala Lumpur from 9 to 20 February 2004.
34 - عقد الاجتماع السابع لمؤتمر الأطراف في الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالتنوع البيولوجي في كوالالمبور في الفترة من 9 إلى 20 شباط/فبراير 2004.

By 2020, consistent with the Strategic Plan for Biodiversity, adopted at the tenth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity, the human ecological footprint is reduced so that it remains within the Earth's biological carrying capacity.

Decision IX/15 of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity welcomed the initiative by the Executive Director of UNEP to convene an ad hoc openended intergovernmental multi-stakeholder meeting to consider establishing such a platform and to invite Parties to send their science and policy experts thereto.
10 - رحب المقرر 9/15 الصادر عن مؤتمر الأطراف في الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالتنوع البيولوجي بمبادرة المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة بعقد اجتماع مخصص مفتوح العضوية حكومي دولي متعدد أصحاب المصلحة لبحث إنشاء مثل هذا المنبر، ولدعوة الأطراف إلى إرسال خبرائها في مجال العلوم والسياسات إلى الاجتماع.

The Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity invited organizations such as WIPO to analyse the issue of including a provision of information on the origin of genetic resources, if known, when submitting applications for intellectual property rights, including patents.
49- وقد وجد مؤتمر الأطراف في الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالتنوع البيولوجي(51) دعوة إلى منظمات من قبيل المنظمة العالمية للملكية الفكرية، لكي تحلل قضية ادراج حكم يتعلق بالمعلومات عن منشأ الموارد الجينية، ان كان معلوما، لدى تقديم الطلبات الخاصة بحقوق الملكية الفكرية، وذلك يشمل البراءات.

On that basis, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela draws attention to the key role of other international instruments in dealing with marine and coastal biological diversity beyond national jurisdiction, as reflected in decision IX/20 of the ninth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity, which was held from 19 to 30 May 2008 in Bonn, Germany.
وعلى هذا الأساس، فإن جمهورية فنـزويلا البوليفارية تلفت الانتباه إلى الدور الأساسي للصكوك الدولية الأخرى في التعامل مع التنوع البيولوجي البحري والساحلي الواقع خارج حدود الولاية الوطنية، على النحو الوارد في القرار تاسعا - 20 للاجتماع التاسع لمؤتمر الدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالتنوع البيولوجي، المعقود في الفترة من 19 إلى 30 أيار/مايو 2008 في بون بألمانيا.

Since the President of the Conference of the Parties of the Convention on Biological Diversity is a member of the Bureau in addition to the two Vice-Presidents from each region, there is no conflict in the terms of office of Bureau members or in the numbers of representatives on the Bureau from each region.
وحيث أن رئيس مؤتمر الأطراف في الاتفاقية المتعلقة بالتنوع البيولوجي عضو في المكتب بالإضافة إلى نائبين للرئيس من كل إقليم، فإنه لا يوجد هنا أي تضارب في فترة ولاية أعضاء المكتب أو في عدد الأعضاء الممثلين لكل إقليم.
