Promote the strengthening of the integrity of the statute of denuclearization provided for in the Treaty of Tlatelolco by requesting a review of the declarations that were formulated by the nuclear powers parties to Protocols I and II for possible withdrawal or modification.
العمل من أجل تعزيز حرمة النظام الأساسي لنزع السلاح النووي المنصوص عليه في معاهدة تلاتيلولكو بطلب إعادة النظر في الإعلانات الصادرة عن الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية الأطراف في البروتوكولين الأول والثاني من أجل احتمال سحبها أو تعديلها.

The Group of Non-Aligned States Parties to the Treaty emphasizes the need to strengthen the integrity of the statute of denuclearization provided for in the Treaty of Tlatelolco by reviewing the declarations that were formulated by the nuclear-weapon States parties to Additional Protocols I and II thereto, for possible withdrawal or modification.
٥ - وتشدد المجموعة على ضرورة تعزيز سلامة النظام الأساسي لنـزع السلاح النووي، المنصوص عليه في معاهدة تلاتيلولكو، وذلك باستعراض الإعلانات التي صاغتها الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية الأطراف في البروتوكولين الأول والثاني للنظر في إمكانية سحبها أو تعديلها.

At its third session, the Conference urged States parties to the two Protocols to review their policies, legislation and regulatory regimes, especially with regard to the travel and identity documents referred to in article 12 of each of those Protocols, in order to ensure consistent and effective application of the obligations contained therein (decision 3/3).
