1- يعربان عن عميق امتنانهما لحكومة جمهورية بولندا لتمكين الدورة الرابعة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف والدورة الرابعة لمؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو من الانعقاد في بوزنان؛

Express their profound gratitude to the Government of the Republic of Indonesia for having made it possible for the thirteenth session of the Conference of the Parties and the third session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol to be held in Bali;
1- يعرب عن عميق امتنانه لحكومة جمهورية إندونيسيا لتمكين الدورة الثالثة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو من الانعقاد في بالي؛

2. Request the Government of Kenya to convey to the city and the people of Nairobi the gratitude of the Conference of the Parties and the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol for the hospitality and warmth extended to the participants.
2- يطلبان إلى حكومة كينيا أن تنقل إلى مدينة وشعب نيروبي ما يشعر به مؤتمر الأطراف ومؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو من امتنان لما حظي به المشاركون من حفاوة وحُسن ضيافة.

1- يُعربان عن بالغ امتنانهما لحكومة الولايات المكسيكية المتحدة لتمكين الدورة السادسة عشرة لمؤتمر الأطراف والدورة السادسة لمؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو من الانعقاد في كانكون؛

34. The secretariat was requested by the Conference of the Parties serving as the Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol to prepare the compilation and synthesis of supplementary information from the fifth national communications of annex I parties, as well as to organize centralized reviews of such national communications.
34 - وطلب مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو من الأمانة إعداد تجميع وتوليف للمعلومات التكميلية من البلاغات الوطنية الخامسة للأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول، وكذلك تنظيم استعراضات مركزية لهذه البلاغات الوطنية.

The CMP took note of the oral report of its President at its first session on consultations concerning the proposal of the Russian Federation that appropriate procedures be developed to enable Parties to the Kyoto Protocol to adopt voluntary commitments (FCCC/KP/CMP/2006/MISC.4).
