1. An Assembly of States Parties to this Treaty is hereby established to improve the capacity of States Parties to promote the implementation of the Treaty.
1 - تُنشَأ بموجب هذا جمعيةٌ للدول الأطراف في هذه المعاهدة لتحسين قدرة الدول الأطراف على تعزيز تنفيذ المعاهدة.

This Treaty shall not be cited as grounds for voiding contractual obligations under defence cooperation agreements concluded by States Parties to this Treaty.
لا يجوز الاحتجاج بهذه المعاهدة كمسوغ لإبطال الالتزامات التعاقدية المترتبة على اتفاقات التعاون في مجال الدفاع التي أبرمتها الدول الأطراف في هذه المعاهدة.

" All the parties to the Treaty undertake to facilitate, and have the right to participate in, the fullest possible exchange of equipment, materials and scientific and technological information for the peaceful uses of nuclear energy.
" تتعهد جميع الدول الأطراف في هذه المعاهدة بتيسير أتم تبادل ممكن للمعدات والمعلومات العلمية والتقنية لاستخدام الطاقة النووية في الأغراض السلمية، ويكون لها الحق في الاشتراك في ذلك التبادل.

Accordingly, they call on the nuclearweapon States which are parties to the Treaty to bear their responsibilities and provide the required security assurances to implement the resolutions adopted by the General Assembly and the review conferences on the subject of nuclear disarmament.

In legal terms, parties to such treaties can arguably contest that what is not specifically prohibited by the treaty is therefore allowed.

The States Parties to this Treaty (hereinafter referred to as the " Parties " ), have agreed as follows:
اتفقت الدول الأطراف في هذه المعاهدة (يُشار إليها فيما يلي بكلمة " الأطراف " ) على ما يلي:

" 1. Each of the Parties to this Treaty undertakes to prohibit, to prevent, and not to carry out any nuclear weapon test explosion, or any other nuclear explosion, at any place under its jurisdiction or control:

While recognizing the ongoing consultations between the States Parties to this Treaty and the nuclear—weapon States, I would like to take this occasion to express our hope that the nuclear—weapon States will undertake necessary measures to sign and ratify the protocol at the earliest possible date.

If a suspicion arises against any State Party to the Treaty that it is violating the Treaty, the suspecting State Party, or a group of the suspecting State Parties to this Treaty shall conduct consultations and cooperate with the suspected State party to this Treaty in order to settle down the aroused suspicion.

17 - وتنص تلك المادة أيضاً على أن تتعهد جميع الأطراف في هذه المعاهدة بتيسير أتم تبادل ممكن للمعدات والمواد والمعلومات العلمية والتقنية لاستخدام الطاقة النووية للأغراض السلمية ويكون لها الحق في الاشتراك في ذلك التبادل.

That is all the more so if we look at the public and warranted complaints by many States parties to that Treaty regarding the way in which the relevant provisions of its article IV are applied to them.
