2. Invites Parties and all stakeholders to provide comments to the Secretariat on the further development of the technical guidelines by 31 October 2012;

3. Requests the Secretariat to prepare, based on comments received from Parties and all stakeholders, revised draft technical guidelines for consideration and adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its tenth meeting;

3. Invites Parties and all stakeholders to provide comments to Brazil with copies to the Secretariat on the draft technical guidelines as referred to in paragraph 2 above by 30 April 2011 for publication on the website of the Basel Convention;

It is her intention to compile the outcomes of these reflections and present them to treaty body experts, States parties and all other stakeholders at an appropriate time in 2011.
وتنوي تجميع نتائج عملية التفكير هذه وتقديمها إلى خبراء هيئات المعاهدات، والدول الأطراف وجميع أصحاب المصلحة الآخرين، في وقت مناسب في عام 2011.

1. Invites Parties and all stakeholders to provide comments to Chile with copies to the Secretariat on the draft technical guidelines by 31 August 2010 for publication on the website of the Basel Convention;
1 - يدعو الأطراف وجميع أصحاب المصلحة إلى تقديم تعليقات إلى شيلي وإرسال نسخ منها إلى الأمانة، بشأن مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية 31 آب/ أغسطس 2010، لنشرها في موقع اتفاقية بازل على الإنترنت؛

3. Invites Parties and all stakeholders to provide further comments on the draft referred to in paragraph 2 above by 31 January 2011 for publication on the website of the Basel Convention;

2. Invites Parties and all stakeholders to provide comments and guidance to the Secretariat on the further development of the new strategic framework by .2010;
2 - يدعو الأطراف وجميع أصحاب المصلحة إلى تزويد الأمانة في موعـد أقصاه . 2010 بتعليقاتهم وتوجيهاتهم بشأن زيادة تطوير إطار العمل الاستراتيجي الجديد؛

3. Requests the Secretariat to prepare, based on comments received from Parties and all stakeholders, a draft version of the new strategic framework for consideration and adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its tenth meeting.
3 - يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تستند إلى التعليقات الواردة من الأطراف وجميع أصحاب المصلحة وتعدّ مشروع صيغة لإطار العمل الاستراتيجي الجديد لكي ينظر فيه ويعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه العاشر.

3. Invites Parties and all stakeholders to provide comments to the Secretariat and the lead country, if one is selected, on the further development of the technical guidelines by 30 April 2012;
3 - يدعو الأطراف وجميع أصحاب المصلحة إلى تزويد الأمانة والبلد القائد، في حال اختياره، بتعليقاتهم على مسألة مواصلة وضع المبادئ التوجيهية التقنية حتى 30 نيسان/أبريل 2012؛

15. If we all believe that the strength of the Convention lies in the collective will to create a cluster munitions free world, then there is an urgent need for States Parties and all stakeholders to deliberate and consider new strategies for universalization during the 4MSP.
15 - إذا كنا نعتقد جميعاً في أن قوة الاتفاقية تكمن في الإرادة الجماعية لإقامة عالم خال من الذخائر العنقودية فهناك حاجة ملحة لأن تتداول الدول الأطراف وجميع أصحاب المصلحة وتنظر في استراتيجيات جديدة للعالمية خلال الاجتماع الرابع للدول الأطراف.

Having considered the revised version of the technical guidelines at its seventh session, the Open-ended Working Group invited Parties and all stakeholders to provide comments on the above revised technical guidelines and requested Brazil to prepare a final revised version.
2 - وبعد أن نظر الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية في الصيغة المنقحة للمبادئ التوجيهية التقنية في دورته السابعة، دعا الأطراف وجميع أصحاب المصلحة إلى تقديم تعليقات على المبادئ التوجيهية التقنية المنقحة أعلاه، وطلب إلى البرازيل أن تعد صيغة منقحة نهائية.

Having considered the revised version of the technical guidelines at its seventh session, the Openended Working Group invited Parties and all stakeholders to provide comments on them and requested Brazil to prepare a final revised version.
7 - وبعد أن نظر الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية في الصيغة المنقحة للمبادئ التوجيهية في دورته السابعة، دعا الأطراف وجميع أصحاب المصلحة إلى إبداء تعليقاتهم عليها، وطلب إلى البرازيل أن تعد صيغة منقحة نهائية.

2. Invites Parties and all stakeholders to provide comments to the Secretariat and the lead countries on the further development of the technical guidelines before the deadlines decided by the Conference of the Parties at its ninth meeting, as appropriate;
2 - يدعو الأطراف وجميع أصحاب المصلحة إلى تزويد الأمانة والبلدان الرائدة بتعليقاتهم على مسألة مواصلة تطوير المبادئ التوجيهية التقنية وذلك قبل حلول المواعيد النهائية التي حدّدها مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه التاسع، حسبما هو مناسب؛

(s) Urged Parties and all stakeholders to fully consider the rights and interests of indigenous peoples living in voluntary isolation and indigenous peoples with small and vulnerable populations regarding the recognition, respect and protection of their traditional knowledge and the development of an international regime on access and benefit-sharing.
(ق) حث الأطراف وجميع أصحاب المصلحة على إيلاء الاعتبار التام لحقوق ومصالح الشعوب الأصلية التي تعيش في عزلة طوعية والشعوب الأصلية الضعيفة والضئيلة التعداد، وذلك من حيث الاعتراف بمعارفها التقليدية واحترام تلك المعارف وحمايتها، ووضع نظام دولي للوصول إلى الموارد وتقاسم منافعها.

21. I look forward to the culmination of this process of reflection. It is my intention to compile the outcomes of these reflections and present them to treaty body experts, States parties and all other stakeholders at an appropriate time in 2011.
21- وإني أتطلع إلى بلوغ عملية التفكير هذه ذروتها، وأعتزم تجميع نتائج هذا التلاقح الفكري وعرضها على خبراء هيئات المعاهدات والدول الأطراف وجميع أصحاب المصلحة في الوقت المناسب خلال عام 2011.
