Article 534 states that if injury or ill health results from the acts described in articles 532 and 533, the penalty shall be 10 to 20 years' imprisonment.
وتنص المادة 534 على أنه إذا ترتبت جروح أو أمراض على الأعمال المذكورة في المادتين 532 و 533، فإن العقوبة تكون بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين 10 سنوات و 20 سنة.

The same penalty shall be applied to any person who voluntarily hands over a vessel or aircraft with the intent to perform the acts described in the preceding article, or with the knowledge that the vessel or aircraft will be used for such purposes.
المادة 22 : 1 - يعاقب بنفس هذه العقوبة كل من يقوم طوعا بتسليم سفينة أو طائرة بهدف استخدامها، أو وهو على علم بأنها ستستخدم، في تنفيذ الأعمال المذكورة في المادة السابقة.

3. actions specified in paragraph 1 or 2 of this article committed by officials exercising their official authority are punishable by a term of imprisonment of between 10 and 15 years, with or without confiscation of property.
3 - يعاقب على الأعمال المذكورة في الفقرتين الأولى والثانية من هذه المادة، التي يرتكبها مسؤولون في الدولة باستخدام السلطات المفوضة لهم بحكم مراكزهم، بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين عشر سنوات وخمس عشرة سنة، مع مصادرة الممتلكات أو بدون مصادرة.

Measures and activities which are intended to promote the acts mentioned in sections 2 to 4 may not be undertaken.

On the basis of Legislative Decree No. 64 of 2005, the Syrian Arab Republic issued rules, regulations and guidelines prohibiting all the actions mentioned in paragraphs 11 and 12 of this report; indeed, Syria imposes harsh penalties on violators of the Decree.

4. If the Wirtschaftsprüfer receives a fixed fee for continuous tax advice, in the absence of other written agreements, the work mentioned under paragraph 3 (d) and (e) will be charged separately.
4 - في الحالات التي يتقاضى فيها مراجعو الحسابات أتعابا ثابتة عــن إسداء المشــورة المستمرة فــي مجال الضرائب، يُقدم حساب مستقل عن أجور الأعمال المذكورة في الفقرتين 3 (د) و (هـ) في حالة عدم وجود اتفاقات أخرى مكتوبة.

(g) To continue refining and updating information on the draft list of those individuals and entities that engage in acts described in paragraph 1 above, inside and outside Somalia, and their active supporters, for possible future measures by the Council, and to present such information to the Committee as and when the Committee deems appropriate;

3. The actions specified in paragraph 1 or 2 of this article entailing loss of life or executed by an organized group are punishable by a term of imprisonment of between 8 and 20 years, by life imprisonment or by death.
3 - يعاقب على الأعمال المذكورة في الفقرتين الأولى أو الثانية من هذه المادة، التي تؤدي إلى مقتل أشخاص، أو تنفِّذها جماعة منظمة، بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين ثماني سنوات وعشرين سنة، أو السجن المؤبد، أو الإعدام.

3. The actions specified in paragraph 1 or 2 of this article, committed by an organized group or causing loss of human life through negligence or giving rise to other serious consequences, either deliberately or through negligence, are punishable by a term of imprisonment of between 10 and 15 years, with or without confiscation of property.
3 - يعاقب على الأعمال المذكورة في الفقرة الأولى أو الثانية من هذه المادة، والتي تنفذها جماعة منظمة، أو تفضي إلى الموت بسبب الإهمال، أو تترتب عليها تأثيرات خطيرة متعمدة أو بسبب الإهمال، بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين عشر سنوات وخمس عشرة سنة، مع مصادرة الممتلكات أو بدون مصادرة.

Measures and activities which are intended to promote the acts mentioned in sections 12 to 14 may not be undertaken.
كما لا يجوز الاضطلاع بتدابير أو أنشطة تستهدف تعزيز اﻷعمال المذكورة في الفقرات ١٢ الى ١٤.

66. The proposed amendments included a special provision that actions mentioned in Article 88 of the Criminal Law shall also be seen as a criminal offence in cases where they are directed at other states and international organizations.
66 - وشملت التعديلات المقترحة نصا خاصا يبين أن الأعمال المذكورة في المادة 88 من القانون الجنائي سيُنظر إليها أيضا بوصفها أعمالا إجرامية في الحالات التي تكون فيها هذه الأعمال موجهة إلى دول أخرى ومنظمات دولية.
