The Committee encourages the State party to continue its efforts to strengthen international cooperation by multilateral, regional and bilateral arrangements for the prevention, detection, investigation, prosecution and punishment of acts involving the sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography and child sex tourism.

(b) Expand its international cooperation through further multilateral, regional and bilateral arrangements for the prevention, detection and investigation of acts involving the sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography and child sex tourism and the prosecution and punishment of those responsible.

36. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen international cooperation through multilateral, regional and bilateral arrangements for the prevention and investigation of all offences prohibited under the Optional Protocol, and the prosecution and punishment of those responsible for acts involving the sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography and child sex tourism.
36- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتعزيز التعاون الدولي من خلال الترتيبات المتعددة الأطراف الإقليمية والثنائية لمنع جميع الجرائم المحظورة بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري والتحقيق فيها ومحاكمة ومعاقبة المسؤولين عن الأفعال التي تنطوي على بيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية والسياحة لأغراض الجنس.

29. The Committee recommends that the State party take all necessary measures to strengthen its international cooperation by multilateral, regional and bilateral agreements for the prevention, detection, investigation, prosecution and punishment of those responsible for acts involving the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography in accordance with the Optional Protocol.
29- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تتخذ جميع التدابير الضرورية لتعزيز تعاونها الدولي من خلال إبرام اتفاقات متعددة الأطراف وإقليمية وثنائية لمنع المسؤولين عن ارتكاب الأفعال التي تنطوي على بيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية من ارتكاب تلك الأفعال، والكشف عن هوياتهم، والتحقيق معهم ومقاضاتهم ومعاقبتهم، وفقاً للبروتوكول الاختياري.

(27) The Committee encourages the State party to continue and to strengthen its bilateral, regional and multilateral cooperation for the prevention, detection, investigation, prosecution and punishment of those responsible for acts involving the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, particularly with law enforcement agencies of States facing problems in this area.
(27) تشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مواصلة وتعزيز تعاونها الثنائي والإقليمي والمتعدد الأطراف لمنع الأفعال التي تنطوي على بيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية وكشفها والتحقيق فيها ومحاكمة المسؤولين عنها ومعاقبتهم، وبخاصة التعاون مع وكالات إنفاذ القوانين في الدول التي تواجه مشاكل في هذا المجال.
