1. Each State Party shall adopt such measures as may be necessary, consistent with its legal principles, to establish the liability of legal persons for participation in the offences established in accordance with this Convention.
1- تعتمد كل دولة طرف ما قد يلزم من تدابير، تتفق مع مبادئها القانونية، لتقرير مسؤولية الهيئات الاعتبارية عن المشاركة في الأفعال المجرّمة وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية.

1. This Convention shall apply, in accordance with its terms, to the prevention, investigation and prosecution of corruption and to the freezing, seizure, confiscation and return of the proceeds of offences established in accordance with this Convention.
1- تنطبق هذه الاتفاقية، وفقا لأحكامها، على منع الفساد والتحري عنه وملاحقــة مرتكبيه، وعلى تجميد وحجز وارجاع العائدات المتأتية من الأفعال المجرّمة وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية.

(b) Each State Party shall include as predicate offences at a minimum a comprehensive range of criminal offences established in accordance with this Convention;
(ب) تدرج كل دولة طرف في عداد الجرائم الأصلية، كحد أدنى، مجموعة شاملة من الأفعال المجرّمة وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية؛

1. Each State Party shall adopt such measures as may be necessary, consistent with its legal principles, to establish the liability of legal persons for participation in the offences established in accordance with this Convention.
1- تعتمد كل دولة طرف ما قد يلزم من تدابير، تتسق مع مبادئها القانونية، لتقرير مسؤولية الشخصيات الاعتبارية عن المشاركة في الأفعال المجرّمة وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية.

4. Each State Party may also take such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offences established in accordance with this Convention when the alleged offender is present in its territory and it does not extradite him or her.
4- يجوز لكل دولة طرف أيضا أن تعتمد ما قد يلزم من تدابير لاخضاع الأفعال المجرّمة وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية لولايتها القضائية عندما يكون الجاني المزعوم موجودا في اقليمها ولا تقوم بتسليمه.

(e) Preventing and combating the transfer of proceeds of offences established in accordance with this Convention and recovering such proceeds;
(ﻫ) منع ومكافحة إحالة عائدات الأفعال المجرّمة وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية وارجاع تلك العائدات؛

(f) Detecting and freezing of the transfer of proceeds of offences established in accordance with this Convention;
(و) كشف وتجميد احالة عائدات الأفعال المجرّمة وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية؛

(f) The convention should include provisions obliging States parties to adopt measures to establish jurisdiction over offences established in accordance with the convention;
(و) ينبغي أن تشمل الاتفاقية أحكاما تلزم الدول الأطراف باعتماد تدابير لتأكيد ولايتها القضائية على الأفعال المجرّمة وفقا لهذه الاتفاقية؛
