15. Calls upon the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development to engage the concerned territorial Governments in a constructive dialogue with a view to removing them from the list of harmful tax jurisdictions, and requests the administering Power to assist those Non-Self-Governing Territories in resolving this matter;
15 - تدعو منظمة التعاون والتنمية في الميدان الاقتصادي إلى إشراك حكومات الأقاليم المعنية في حوار بناء من أجل شطبها من قائمة الولايات القضائية الضارة في المجال الضريبي وتطلب إلى السلطة القائمة بالإدارة أن تساعد الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي على حل هذه المسألة؛

(i) On the issue of education, suggested that the relevant territorial Governments and the administering Powers consider incorporating decolonization issues into the school curriculum of the Non-Self-Governing Territories;
(ط) اقترحوا، فيما يتعلق بمسألة التعليم، أن تنظر حكومات الأقاليم المعنية والدول القائمة بالإدارة في إدراج مسائل إنهاء الاستعمار في المناهج المدرسية للأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي؛

14. The participants affirmed the need for the Special Committee to actively embark on a public awareness campaign aimed at fostering an understanding among the people of the Territories of the options for self-determination included in the relevant United Nations resolutions on decolonization, especially within the context of developing programmes of work for specific Territories.
14 - وأكد المشاركون ضرورة شروع اللجنة الخاصة بنشاط في حملة لتوعية الجماهير بهدف إذكاء وعي شعوب الأقاليم المعنية بخيارات تقرير المصير المدرجة في قرارات الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بإنهاء الاستعمار، لا سيما في سياق إعداد برنامج العمل الخاص بكل إقليم من الأقاليم.

This means that all relevant Territories now have the right of individual petition on a permanent basis.
ويعني ذلك أن جميع الأقاليم المعنية أصبحت تجيز الحق في التظلم الفردي على أساس دائم.

Activities of the UNEP regional networks that assist in combating illegal trade in ODS in the relevant regions can be divided in the following three broad categories which will be briefly described below individually though it should be understood that they are closely interrelated:

That position had been endorsed also by the Organization of American States. Argentina reaffirmed its legitimate right of national sovereignty over the Territories in question.
وقد أيدت منظمة الدول الأمريكية هذا الموقف أيضاً، وتؤكد الأرجنتين من جديد حقها المشروع في السيادة الوطنية على الأقاليم المعنية.

Those who have followed the Committee's work in recent years will have noted, I am sure, the particular attention that the Committee has devoted to the specific needs of each Territory by using all available sources of information, the most authoritative being, of course, the views of the territorial Governments and peoples concerned.
