12. It is prohibited to produce MOTAPM, which are not detectable as from (the time to be decided).

16. It is prohibited to use remotely-delivered MOTAPM, which does not incorporate a self-destructing mechanism, or a mechanism for self-neutralization with, in either case, a self-deactivation backup (hereinafter referred to as " SD/SDA or SN/SDA " ).
