4 - وأخيرا، طلب المؤتمر إلى الأمانة أن تقدم تقريرا عن الأنشطة التي اضطلعت بها للنهوض بتطبيق المبادئ التوجيهية التقنية بشأن الإدارة السليمة بيئياً لتفكيك السفن كلياً وجزئياً إلى الفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية وإلى مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه التاسع.

9. Requests the Secretariat to report on activities undertaken to promote the application of the Technical Guidelines for the Environmentally Sound Management of the Full and Partial Dismantling of Ships to the Open-ended Working Group and at the ninth meeting of the Conference of the Parties;
9 - يطلب إلى الأمانة أن تقدم تقريرا إلى الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية وإلى الاجتماع التاسع لمؤتمر الأطراف عن الأنشطة التي اضطلعت بها للنهوض بتطبيق المبادئ التوجيهية للإدارة السليمة بيئيا لتفكيك السفن كليا وجزئيا؛

ii) requested the Secretariat to report to the Board at its Second Regular Session in 2015 on progress made in this regard, and thereafter to report regularly against the key performance indicators through the Annual Evaluation Report;

By its decision OEWG-IV/7, the Open-ended Working Group at its fourth session requested " the Secretariat to report to the Open-ended Working Group at its fifth session on the options that may be available with respect to the requirement of insurance, bonds or other financial guarantees and the financial limits established under the Protocol resulting from its consultations with relevant institutions " .
