55- قد يود مؤتمر الأطراف أن يستعين في المستقبل بالمعلومات الإضافية التي سترد في دراسة تقوم بإعدادها حاليا الأمانة وفقا لقرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 2004/26، المؤرخ 21 تموز/يوليه 2004، وتتعلق بجرائم الاحتيال وسوء استعمال الهوية وتزييفها لأغراض إجرامية وما يتصل بها من جرائم.

(j) Requested States parties that had already responded to the questionnaire circulated by the Secretariat in accordance with decision 1/5 to update such information or legislation as appropriate;
(ي) طلب إلى الدول الأطراف التي ردّت بالفعل على الاستبيان الذي عمّمته الأمانة وفقا للمقرّر 1/5 أن تحدِّث تلك المعلومات أو التشريعات حسب الاقتضاء؛

(k) Requested States parties that had already responded to the questionnaire circulated by the Secretariat in accordance with decision 1/6 to update such information or legislation as appropriate;

On 16 December 2013 the Secretariat submitted to the Council an addendum to the plans (EC-M-36/DG.2/Add.1, dated 16 December 2013) which contains the results of the review conducted by the Secretariat in accordance with subparagraph 1(a) of decision EC-M-35/DEC.2.
وفي 16 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2013، قدمت الأمانة إلى المجلس إضافة إلى الخطط المعنية (الوثيقة EC-M-36/DG.2/Add.1 المؤرخة بـ 16 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2013) تتضمن نتائج الاستعراض الذي أجرته الأمانة وفقا للفقرة الفرعية 1 (أ) من القرار EC-M-35/DEC.2.

(i) Encouraged States parties and signatories that encountered difficulties in providing the information requested by the Secretariat in accordance with decision 1/2 and the present decision or in complying with their obligations under the Convention to seek the assistance of the secretariat in that regard;

To that end, States were encouraged to designate experts for the expert database developed by the Secretariat, pursuant to the mandate established by the Open-Ended Working Group on Technical Assistance.

The annex to the present report reproduces the draft articles proposed by the informal drafting group and articles 12, 13, 14 and 22 as revised by the Secretariat pursuant to the considerations of the Working Group.
