In our view, the machinery set up to implement that resolution exemplifies the kind of measures that are necessary to ensure that the United Nations and the OSCE and other regional organizations join to achieve those noble purposes.
ونحن نرى أن اﻵلية المنشأة لتنفيذ ذلك القرار تمثل تجسيدا حيﱠا لنوع التدابير اللازمة لضمان تكاتف اﻷمم المتحدة ومنظمة اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا وغيرها من المنظمات اﻹقليمية لتحقيق تلك المقاصد النبيلة.

Every effort will be made by OSCE and the other organizations concerned to facilitate the return of citizens to the municipality where they were registered in 1991 to vote in person.
وسوف تبذل منظمة اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا وغيرها من المنظمات المعنية كل جهد لتيسير عودة المواطنين إلى البلديات التي سجلوا فيها عام ١٩٩١ لكي يدلوا شخصيا بأصواتهم.

Nevertheless, we have to reiterate to the Armenian side that its extremely aggressive statements run counter to the position of the international community as expressed in the relevant resolutions and decisions of the Security Council, the Council of Europe, the Organization of the Islamic Conference, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and other international organizations.

(f) To ensure that the forthcoming parliamentary elections will be held consistent with the commitments of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and other international standards for democratic elections;
(و) ضمان عقد الانتخابات البرلمانية المرتقبة بما يتفق مع التزامات منظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا وغيرها من المعايير الدولية للانتخابات الديمقراطية؛

(f) To ensure that the forthcoming parliamentary elections will be held consistent with the commitments of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and other international standards for democratic elections;
(و) أن تضمن عقد الانتخابات البرلمانية المقبلة بما يتفق مع التزامات منظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا وغيرها من المعايير الدولية للانتخابات الديمقراطية؛

4. Welcomes the efforts of the United Nations, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and other international and regional organizations to assist Ukraine in protecting the rights of all persons in Ukraine, including the rights of persons belonging to minorities;
4 - ترحب بالجهود التي تبذلها الأمم المتحدة ومنظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية لمساعدة أوكرانيا على حماية حقوق جميع الأشخاص في أوكرانيا، بما في ذلك حقوق المنتمين إلى الأقليات؛

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and other international organizations should be called upon to provide logistical and other assistance, as was the case in Bosnia and Herzegovina;

كما واصل موظفو الشؤون المدنية العمل كنقطة اتصال أولية للمعرفة المحلية وكمصادر مرجعية ﻷعضاء مكتب الممثل السامي وقوة تثبيت الاستقرار ومنظمة اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية.

It was to be hoped that the Latvian Government and Parliament would not yield to the forces of nationalism and would strive to establish in Latvia a climate of tolerance within a multi-ethnic society, and that OSCE and other international organizations, together with non-governmental organizations, would contribute to the success of that undertaking.
واﻷمل معقود على عدم رضوخ الحكومة والبرلمان في لاتفيا لقوى القومية وسعيهما لتهيئة جو من التسامح داخل مجتمع متعدد اﻷعراق في لاتفيا، وعلى أن تسهم منظمة اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا وغيرها من المنظمات الدولية، بالاشتراك مع المنظمات غير الحكومية، في نجاح هذا المسعى.

11. In preparation of the municipal elections all necessary efforts will have to be made by the authorities, OSCE and the other international organizations concerned to facilitate the return of citizens to the municipality where they were registered in 1991 to vote in person.
١١ - وتحضيرا للانتخابات البلدية يتعين على سلطات منظمة اﻷمن والتعاون في أوروبا وغيرها من المنظمـات الدوليـة المعنيـة أن تبذل جميع الجهود اللازمة لتيسير عودة المواطنين إلى البلديات التي سجلوا فيها عام ١٩٩١ لكي يصوتوا شخصيا.
