12- يطلب إلى الأمين التنفيذي أن يقدم إلى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها السادسة والعشرين ميزانية برنامجية مقترحة لفترة السنتين 2008-2009 كي ينظر فيها، بما فيها مبلغ احتياطي لخدمات المؤتمرات، إذا تبين أن ذلك ضروري في ضوء القرارات التي اتخذتها الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة والخمسين؛

2. By its decision 23/COP.7, the COP requested the Executive Secretary to submit to the COP at its eighth session (COP 8) a programme and budget for the biennium 2008 - 2009.
