It welcomed the fact that the keys of the building had been handed over to the ECCAS secretariat by the Gabonese authorities.
وأعربت عن ارتياحها بقيام السلطات الغابونية بتسليم مفاتيح المبنى المذكور إلى الأمين العام للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول وسط أفريقيا.

It was decided that the secretariat would obtain information from the United Nations Department of Political Affairs, the secretariat of ECCAS and the Government of Gabon, which would be supplemented by contributions from the member countries of the Committee and used to produce the terms of reference for the consultant.

31. In this regard, the Secretary-General of ECCAS and his Deputy have undertaken several visits to ECA headquarters in Addis Ababa for discussions with the Executive Secretary and the Deputy Executive Secretary of ECA.

4. The States Parties stipulate that the Secretary-General of ECCAS shall support the strengthening of the financial, technical, institutional and operational capacities of the national commissions.

1. the Secretary-General of ECCAS shall prepare an action plan describing all the measures and actions to be taken at the subregional level in order to ensure the implementation of this Convention.
1 - يضع الأمين العام للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول وسط أفريقيا خطة عمل تبيِّن جميع التدابير والإجراءات التي يتعين اتخاذها على المستوى دون الإقليمي لضمان تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية.

2. The subregional action plan must also lay out the strategy to be carried out by the Secretary-General of ECCAS to promote the signing and ratification of this Convention by the States, as well as its entry into force.
2 - يجب أن تنص خطة العمل دون الإقليمية أيضا على الاستراتيجية التي يتعين على الأمين العام للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول وسط أفريقيا تنفيذها لتشجيع الدول على توقيع وتصديق هذه الاتفاقية ودخولها حيز النفاذ.

2. Each State Party shall prepare and submit an annual report to the Secretary-General of ECCAS on its activities to implement this Convention.
2 - تعدُّ كل دولة طرف تقريراً سنوياً عما اضطلعت به أنشطة من أجل تنفيذ هذه الاتفاقية وتقدِّمه إلى الأمين العام للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول وسط أفريقيا.

Invite the Secretary-General of ECCAS to make a strong commitment to advocating for the Central African Republic in all United Nations bodies in which the situation in that country is discussed;
ندعو الأمين العام للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول وسط أفريقيا إلى أن يعمل كل ما في وسعه للدفاع عن كل ما يخدم مصالح جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى في جميع محافل الأمم المتحدة التي تُطرح فيها مسألة جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى؛

37. The States members of the Committee also agreed to provide the secretariat of ECCAS with the institutional and operational capacities commensurate with its responsibilities in implementing the legal instrument.
37 - واتفقت الدول الأعضاء في اللجنة أيضا على تزويد الأمين العام للجماعة الاقتصادية لدول وسط أفريقيا بقدرات مؤسسية وتنفيذية بما يفي بالمسؤوليات التي تقع على عاتقه في إطار تنفيذ الصك القانوني.
