He is represented by three non-governmental organizations: the Humanitarian Law Center (HLC), Minority Rights Center (MRC), both based in Belgrade and by the European Roma Rights Center (ERRC), based in Budapest.

Noting violence against the Roma committed by state and non-state actors, the European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) also referred to the recent cases of violence against Roma involving police officers that resulted in the death.
وأشار المركز الأوروبي لحقوق الروما إلى أعمال العنف المرتكبة ضد الروما على يد جهات فاعلة حكومية وغير حكومية، وأشار أيضاً إلى ما وقع مؤخراً من حالات عنف ضد الروما وتورط فيها أفراد من الشرطة وأدت إلى حدوث وفيات.

The European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) stated that the Government adopted the " Strategy of the Slovak Republic for the Integration of Roma until 2020 " in January 2012.

The European Roma Rights Centre recommended that the authorities in Montenegro protect the human rights of Roma, and investigate and strongly condemn racial discrimination and other violations.
وأوصى المركز الأوروبي لحقوق الروما بأن تقوم السلطات في الجبل الأسود بحماية حقوق الإنسان لطائفة الروما، والتحقيق في حالات التمييز العنصري وسائر الانتهاكات وإدانتها جميعها بشدَّة(13).

67. The European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) reported that Roma faced various barriers in obtaining personal documents and that the lack of personal documents prevented the Roma from accessing employment, social allowances, healthcare, education or voting, as many rights and benefits were dependant on having personal documents.
67- وأشار المركز الأوروبي لحقوق الروما إلى أنهم يواجهون عقبات متنوِّعة في الحصول على وثائق شخصية مما يحول دون حصولهم على العمل والإعانات الاجتماعية والرعاية الصحية والتعليم أو ممارسة الحق في التصويت، لأن العديد من الحقوق والإعانات تعتمد على امتلاك وثائق شخصية(171).

(13) The Committee is concerned by the results of a study conducted by the European Roma Rights Centre and a group of non-governmental organizations which show that, in 22 childcare institutions in the five regions of the State party included in the study, 40.6 per cent of children were Roma.

European Roma Rights Centre, osservAzione and Amalipé Romanò (ERRC/oA/AR) also expressed serious concerns about the use of anti-Romani hate speech by politicians and other public figures in Italy.
وأعرب المركز الأوروبي لحقوق الروما ومنظمة أوسيرفازيوني ومنظمة أماليبي رومانو بدورها عن بالغ قلقها بشأن استخدام السياسيين وغيرهم من الشخصيات العامة في إيطاليا خطاباً يتسم بكراهية الروما(27).

21. The European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC) reported that statements by high ranking public officials, in July 2010, singled out Roma accusing them of criminal activity and marking them for expulsion despite the absence of any evidence of criminal activity.
21- وأفاد المركز الأوروبي لحقوق الروما بأن البيانات الصادرة عن كبار المسؤولين العامين في تموز/يوليه 2010 استهدفت الأفراد من جماعات الروما بتهمة قيامهم بأنشطة إجرامية وحرّضت على طردهم رغم عدم وجود أي أدلة على قيامهم بأنشطة إجرامية(36).

75. With the involvement of experts and civil organizations (including the European Roma Rights Center) the Government conducted reconciliation in relation to the regulation of sterilization so that the CEDAW Committee's recommendations and other relevant international norms may be better represented in regulations.
75- وبمشاركة خبراء ومنظمات مدنية (بما فيها المركز الأوروبي لحقوق الروما)، اضطلعت الحكومة بعملية ترمي إلى تضمين الأحكام القانونية المتعلقة بالتعقيم توصيات اللجنة المعنية بالقضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة وغيرها من المعايير الدولية ذات الصلة.

61. The European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC), HRW, LDH and ODVV expressed concern about mass evictions and expulsions of Eastern European Roma.
