وقد اعتادت هذه المجموعات الإرهابية على ارتكاب مثل هذه المجازر واتهام الحكومة بذلك قبيل انعقاد جلسات لمجلس الأمن أو لمجلس حقوق الإنسان لمناقشة الأوضاع في الشرق الأوسط أو في سوريا، بهدف الإساءة إلى سوريا واستخدام هذه المأساة وغيرها كمادة إعلامية للمتاجرة بها.

It has also become clear to all observers of the situation in the Middle East that the only way to put and end to the cycle of violence in the region is through a just and lasting solution to the Middle East problem based on the implementation of Security Council resolutions 242 (1967) and 338 (1973) and ending the Israeli occupation of all the occupied Arab Territories.
كما أصبح واضحا لكل من يتابع الأوضاع في الشرق الأوسط أن لا سبيل إلى وضع حد لدائرة العنف في هذه المنطقة إلا من خلال حل عادل ودائم لمشكلة الشرق الأوسط يقوم على تنفيذ قراري مجلس الأمن 242 (1967) و 338 (1973) وإنهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لجميع الأراضي العربية المحتلة.
